Returns
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be unused and unworn.
- All original tags and packaging must be included.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Fees and Responsibility
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Chronvault covers the return shipping costs.
In all other cases (change of mind, ordering error, etc.), return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until received by our team.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
To request an exchange, please contact us at support@chronvault.co.uk, specifying your order number and the reason for the exchange.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or refusal of your return.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days (Monday to Friday).
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
